Simone Biles Makes History at U.S. Gymnastics Championships.

The 22-year-old Simone Biles made more history at U.S. Gymnastics Championships. She became the first person to land a double-double at the U.S. Gymnastics Championships on Friday and on Sunday, Biles became the first woman to land a triple double (two flips and three twists) in the competition by 4.95 points.

Gymnast Simone Biles has confirmed not just once, but twice that she’s a national treasure with two historic performances at the 2019 U.S. Gymnastics Championship, where she took home the all-around title for the sixth consecutive year.
She is only the second woman in history to accomplish the feat, joining Clara Schroth Lomady’s record mark set 67 years ago.

With her all-around title win at the U.S. Gymnastics Championship, Biles has won a grand total of 21 all-around titles in the span of the last six years.
