4 Ways to control Excessive Breakage and Improve Hair Growth






Excessive breakages of hair can happen to any woman at some point in life. Thin hair is prone to shed easily than a thicker hair. Hair damages can cause low self esteem for women and men in general. For your Hair to be full and long, one should take care of it. Hair loss can be caused by excessive combing of the hair, some medications, illness, infection, or chemicals. These steps below can improve the thickness of the hair and reduce the loss:


Maintaining a Healthy diet:

     Healthy Diet can improve the thickness of the hair. One can loose a large chunk of hair when you are not getting enough nutrients. Foods that are rich in Essential fatty acids, especially omega-3s, play a key role in the health of your skin, hair, and nails. Food that are rich in vitamin B6,B12,C and Folic acid.
Foods with B6 include bananas, potatoes (both white and sweet), and spinach.
B12 include meat, poultry, fish, and dairy products.
C increases the thickness of the hair. Can be found in lemons, kiwi, orange.
Folic acid is plenty in fresh fruits and vegetables, especially citrus fruits and tomatoes. Whole-grain and fortified-grain products, beans, and lentils also have it.
Foods rich in protein such as chicken, eggs, lean red meats and low-fat dairy products can nourish your hair.

Massaging:

    Massaging scalp regularly can increase the flow of nutrients from body to the hair. When shampooing, instead of scrubbing roughly, massage the hair gently to circulate blood flow and to avoid damages.

Shampooing and Conditioning of hair with products that are organic:

    When washing hair, use organic products. Always use lukewarm water to melt away the chemicals and the oil on the scalp and hair. Don't use oil for Dandruff treatment but use shampoo which is dermatologically approved. Don't blow dry with very hot dryer. You can leave the hair to dry with normal air and after soaking the water with dry towel.

Oil:

    Use essential oil on your hair like coconut, mineral, olive, castor or sage oil to achieve nourishment and rapid growth. Avoid frequent color changes.
