Ariana Grande Sued For Posting Photos of Herself Without Permission

Ariana Grande is sued by a New York based photographer Robert Barbera for illegally posting photos he shot of her, on her page on Instagram. The picture was taken as the Superstar was exiting a hotel lobby carrying a bag that read "Sweetener".

The picture was shared on Grande's official Instagram page on the 17th day of August, the same day her sweetener album was released with the caption 'Happy Sweetener day'. The post garnered over 3million likes.

Robert Barbera is requesting for $25,000 per photo or for the profits she got for posting the photos. He grabbed the picture from her page as an evidence in court. He also accused Grande for publicly displaying the photo on her Instagram page without any authorization or credits.
